They have bigger balconies and you are close to the Sunset bar, just go down the stairway located in the far aft area. She also said the side cabins are all about the same and equally good. Easy access to the food area on deck 10 and the open deck area of deck 11. This is our first X cruise in 10 years and we are looking forward to AQ and the Blu restaurant. 16 hours ago, omeinv said: There's no significant difference between any of the side-facing cabins. If you see one of the aft-facing cains open up for your cruise, that would be worth a move, as they have larger verandas; particularly 1140. Harris Denver, CO 1138 just came available! I asked a few questions about it in another post, but then I got worried someone like me would snag it, lol, so I switched. Hoping my fears won't be realized, the balcony looks AMAZING! Can you hear it when movies are playing? Thanks. ‘We had this cabin on a 15 night cruise on the Connie. The only time I heard the movie is when we were in port and I was on my veranda. Even then it was just when there was a loud part of the movie. Couldn’t hear anything in the cabin. Also couldn’t hear it on the veranda while at sea. Harris Denver, CO Perhaps not too significant, but there are differences in the balcony sizes of the side-facing cabins due to the balcony outer edge following the curvature of the OVC windows below. 1119 is one of about 8 cabins with larger balconies (perhaps about 25% larger based on deck plan drawings.) With that being said I have hesitated on even posting on the boards since we probably won't cruise again. Don, I am truly sorry to learn that health issues may prevent you and your wife from sailing again in the future... Clearly cruising on Celebrity has brought you great enjoyment; I hope that circumstances improve so that you are able to continue to do so... Since I started cruising with Celebrity eleven years ago [first cruise in 22+ years, first ever with Celebrity and I haven't stopped; I've seen most of the world and made top loyalty in less than eight years], you have been a wealth of information to me and other Cruise Critic members... I've learned much about Celebrity's history--dating back to the Chandis acquisition--and about how Celebrity's product has evolved over the years via your posts here... Your knowledge of Celebrity's policies/practices is encyclopedic... And then, seemingly no one knows the Celebrity experience--particularly in Bermuda--better than you do... By all means, please continue to contribute to this forum if doing so brings you fulfillment... Many thanks; very best wishes...

Get the mail today and both my son and I got free cruises on MSC from Mohegan Sun Casino out here in the Poconos. Obviously we won't be taking them up on this offer since I fit the medical profile for those who should not be going on a cruise. Oh well.
