Well I finally got through and got a cool aft balcony for only $50 more than my regular balcony and a $50obc so it worked out great. Total hold time was 2hrs 11min! I was on hold for an hour at lunch - had to hang up for a meeting. I started getting this same message after the meeting when I tried to call back, but now I have been on hold for 18 minutes.
