What about San Juan embarkations?

The cancellation mentioned operations in North America. However, technically, I believe San Juan is in Central America. And there some cheap flights right now ($100 RT from Houston) Wondering if it might be a contingency plan!

San Juan, Puerto Rico is a common wealth territory of the United States.

It should be covered under Federal Law.  Also they have already activated the US National Guard as well.

Highly unlikely you will be able to cruise from there...
