Do not change status

Good morning,  I just noticed my booking info says "do not  change " next to my cabin information.  How do I change this to an option of "I'm just fine with a change"?

call up carnival if you book directly or contact your travel agent.

I got upgraded to a worse cabin, without being contacted. 

 

I didnt realize or look until after I boarded, but if you want to roll the dice, of course sure contact whomever you booked with.

 

I got a hc cabin I disliked. Smaller than what I booked.
