Couple of questions on Future Cruise Credit

We cancelled our April cruise under the Cruise with Confidence program and I see that it no longer appears in my upcoming cruises, but I'm wondering, where I should see our future cruise credit? We booked thru a TA. Does this mean only the TA can see the FCC and we have to book our replacement cruise thru that same TA?

Email X about this, your best way to get 'better' info about where it will show and/or where it resides.

The FCC will be issued to the passenger and you will receive it by email.   You don't have to use the FCC with the same (or any) TA in the future.

We cancelled through our TA on March 8 and received the FCC from Celebrity via email on March 16.

Did you cancel through Celebrity and not through your TA? I thought if you booked with a TA, you had to go through them to cancel. Thanks

Yes, I had the same understanding, so I cancelled thru our TA on March 12. We have not received emails about our FCC yet. Based on Fouremco's experience, those emails should be coming any day.
