Many of the emails were between team members working on customer accounts and so included PII (Personally Identifiable Information), which might include name, address, phone #, ID#s (like drivers license), etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bookmama22 Posted April 10, 2020 #9 Share Posted April 10, 2020 I was cleaning out an old AOL email account that I no longer use and I found all the pre-cruise promotional emails from my recent cruise as well as at least 3 instructional emails that I had requested on specifics on how to upload information for the Medallion. My booking information had been sent to the correct email. I wondered why we literally never heard anything from Princess from when I booked the cruise in December to when we left on Feb 2..
