Based upon many posts here it seems that refunds take at least 30 Days AND WE WOULD LIKE TO ARRANGE A NEW CRUISE NOW without putting up more money. What you want to do is either call your TA or Celebrity and have them "CHANGE" your reservation (maintaining same reservation number) to a different cruise. As long as you are before cancellation date you may be able to retain any benefits you obtained by booking while on-board etc. Your perks may be changed depending on what is currently being offered.
