How to refund FCC for cash ? Form doesn't work

So I want to get cash not the 125% refund,  but when i follow the link at https://www.royalcaribbean.com/cruise-ships/itinerary-updates , to request cash back it can only proceed if the date of the cruise sailing is in the future ?

 

Background info, I was supposed to be on Oasis 3/29/2020 , was canceld by RCCL (not me) I have received FCC's for all 4 pax.  I want to get cash back from those as promised by the multipole communications.  I called Casino Royale and of course the person says I can't do that, and the form won't let me, what am I missing?
