PC Cruisin Posted April 30, 2020 #1 Share Posted April 30, 2020 We all miss cruising and if you haven’t tried one of the best Piña Colada’s in San Juan, you know can make them at home!
Elaine5715 Posted April 30, 2020 #2 Share Posted April 30, 2020 Homemade isn't even close. Sipping one of these at Barrachina is sheer heaven..might be the tropical air
mets123 Posted June 16, 2020 #3 Share Posted June 16, 2020 But they are pre-made. I want to see the bartender make it.
hammer76 Posted August 2, 2020 #4 Share Posted August 2, 2020 mets123, I agree. We were so disappointed after hearing all the praise about, then the bartender got them out of a bulk frozen drink machine.
mets123 Posted August 2, 2020 #5 Share Posted August 2, 2020 I just walked out. I wasn't wasting my money on it.
rmandmm Posted June 2, 2021 #6 Share Posted June 2, 2021 So then where may I get an actual hand made ‘best ever’ pina colada in San Juan? My mouth is watering already and we won’t be there till December!
EatonDoolittle Posted June 2, 2021 #7 Share Posted June 2, 2021 (edited) I always make a stop at the courtyard bar at El Convento for a few mojitos. They are wonderful, and rival some I had in Havana. I would guess they take as much care on a Pina Colada, but don't know for sure. It's beautiful bar, worth a stop. Not touristy, or cheap, but quite nice. Edited June 2, 2021 by EatonDoolittle
