Credit card company says they''ll give NCL 45 days to refund and if nothing, VISA will deposit the money in our account. My only difficulty is that now I feel badly about doing it after hearing that some earlier cancellations are getting refunds. And now it sounds like NCLH has enough assets to stick around for as long as 12 months with no passengers. I'm wavering but for the moment will let the dispute stand. MechE31 Posted May 8, 2020 #52 Share Posted May 8, 2020 To add, I did a chargeback for my Chase Visa. My final payment was made in January and I was able to do that no problem. I had made final payment in January of 2019. I had to call them and that department had a long hold, but it was painless to add the deposit from 16 months ago to the dispute. I called AMEX back today and this time it looks like I got the right action from them on the NCL cruise charge I made on the AMEX card.
