This solved my access issues!  Used Microsoft edge and form came up to complete without issues, so don't use Chrome.

Chrome worked for me.

Got 11 confirmation emails.  😄

I had no trouble at all.  At one minute after midnight EST, I hit the link provided in the email that NCL sent me informing me that my cruise was cancelled (the same link provided by MechE31).  NCL sent a confirmation of my request for a refund at 12:45 AM.  I did not look for it on the website since they had already provided it.

I'm feeling left out, I only got 1 email. It does not mention the word refund anywhere. They also spelled cancellation wrong in the subject.

From:   NCLH Pre Cruise Guest Relations <noreply@ncl.com>

Subject: Cancelation Request Confirmation

Body: "Thank you.

Your request has been submitted successfully. Due to the volume of suspended sailings, please allow 90 days to process your request. We thank you for your patience during this time.

What NCL did was highly deceptive. On one page, it says "click here for the refund form" BUT that link takes you to a page that says you relinquish your rights to a refund.

Wow, if this is true, that is very wrong on multiple fronts. The majority want cash refunds anyway. Enough with the silly refund process, forms, broken links and landmines. They appear to be making the refund process way too complicated.

I don't get the refund thing.

I was supposed to go on a sailing in August this year but on the form I can't choose a sail date  further than june

If you would like a refund you must wait until Norwegian (not you!) actually cancels your sailing.  Your August sailing has not yet been cancelled by the cruise line.  If you cancel the cruise yourself before Norwegian does you will get FCC (Future Cruise Credit) but you will not be eligible for a refund.

It's true. The deceptive link was up all morning. No way that was an accident. Add to it that NCL waited until last week to cancel a cruise that's May 29 and that they only have a brief window to claim money -- and we have to wait 90 days (summer will be over; I could use the money now to book another trip) -- makes me extremely wary to consider them again. I get the casino deals, though, so don't pay as much as some of you all!

This morning at 6:55am CST I clicked on the link in the email and it sent me to the refund page.   I filled it out and submitted it at 6:57( I took A LOT of screen shots along the way to document).  7:01 I had my confirmation email.  Still says it will take 90days for the refund which is ridiculous......

I found the NCL Covid-19 email that was sent 4/24/2020 for the link. I was able to take care of it on May 6 at 9:01pm pacific time (12:01am eastern time, May 7th). Entered names and reservation number,  printed that page before submitting, submitted, printed page saying that page was received, received an email minutes later confirming that refund had been requested. Very easy, now the 90 day wait begins. 🙄

I only got one email sent confirming my request for refund. Are we suppose be submitting a request for refund for each passenger on the reservation? For example I have 4 people on my reservation that all parties were charge to my credit card. So should I be submitting a refund request using each individual's name? We are all in one cabin.

According to the form, only the main person needs to submit. I wonder if it's too late to also try to cancel through my credit card company?

Never mind on my question - I went back to look at the online form and it says "this form can only be used if you are requesting a refund for all individuals on a reservation". Just got concern when I read from some of you that you were getting numerous emails from NCL after submitting the form. Must be something wrong with their system in sending these multiple confirmation emails out.

I called AMEX in April and they told me that the time period to cancel the charge by NCL (or pull back the NCL charge and issue a credit on the card account) had passed their time rules. I paid in full in December 2019 for a May 2020 cruise.

I paid in full in DEC 2019 for an April 2020 cruise and they processed my refund instantly when I called in April. Try again.
