Contact centre closed

I have called the freephone number, recorded message saying they are closed and go on to give out opening hours. Very strange

They were all at a meeting yesterday afternoon... being told about their future... pay cut or redundancy. Very sad for them .

I think it is pretty obvious that a large meeting was held at head office in Southampton yesterday to inform the staff about job losses before it hit the media. I hope that the company are decent enough to treat the staff properly.

Well, I am not surprised really. This contact centers have 500+ people sitting there close to each other. They might have taken some safety measures and sent their workers to work from home.. them some got fired and the rest just stopped working. I doubt that they stopped giving customer care for no reason..

Majority if not all head office staff have been working at home for some weeks dont think that was the reason for yesterday's non answering of phone calls doesnt take a genius why the phones were switched off.
