Captains on Summit 2020-2021

Do some of our knowledgeable Summit cruisers know who the new Captain other than Capt. Matt is ?  Know one of my favorites Capt. Ioannis I believe is now on Millie.

The Captains currently on board any ship are stuck in a holding pattern As the ships wait for re-opening.  There is no way to tell what will happen next as far as personnel goes.  They may all be due for some long vacations

Back in March my husband and I were on Summit. We spoke with Captain Matt who told us Celebrity were going to announce a new promotion of a Captain and that Captain would take over from him on Summit. Even Captain Matt didn't know at that time who that person would be. Maybe they've put that promotion on hold? I'd also be intrigued to learn who the new Captain will be!
