Changing TA after final payment??

I seriously doubt that you can make this type of change after final payment but to be sure you might want to call the cruise line directly?

 

What do you mean that your TA is unreachable? Does your TA work for an agency where you can speak with someone else at the agency? You'll want to know where your cruise documents will be sent as in most instances they are sent to the TA who then gets them over to you.

It is possible, but you need the cooperation of your agent to do it, as he will need to send a letter to the cruise line releasing the booking to them or to another agency, who then accepts it. It's not done very often, though. You may need to show up to their office to procure that letter and send it to the cruise line, if they are so unreachable...

I'd either stay with that one til you've finished your cruise and then change, or cancell with them, get your $ back and go to another TA and rebook. Yes you'd lose you insurance $ but you have to decide if it is worth it.

 

This may not be possible (or easy) to do after final payment, and/or if prices have gone up, as by canceling and rebooking, the cruise line will not respect your lower price.
