What about Cadiz/Sevilla, Bilbao, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, La Coruna, Malaga, Tenerife, Vigo, Valencia and other Spanish ports?

To add - just about every ship that visits Barcelona will visit at least one of those other ports and sometimes more than just one.

Last July, Barcelona was already talking about limiting cruise ships.  
 

I read elsewhere that Barcelona wanted to focus on ships beginning/ending cruises there, as opposed to port stops during cruises.
