Battle against Cruise ships gains steam

We'll probably see similar actions elsewhere.  Tourist destinations have gotten to experience what it's like without tourists - the good and the bad.  I would not be surprised to see a fair number of them decide that they don't want to completely go back to the way things were.  The most logical first step for these locales will be to ban large cruise ships.

Their proposals with limits of 1300 passengers and crew eliminate every major cruise line. Based on their figures of low passenger spending compared to those who stay in Key West, I can understand their logic. This would be yet another scramble for VV. They just can't catch a break!
