Perhaps with the virus this is a mute point I hope. I do not like big groups, I do not shop, my interests are not what most of the world likes, I do not like  overly tourist  locations. I love planning my own excursions, I love the art, the music, the food culture and the  esoteric. We did an organic milk and cheese tasting in Croatia that was by far the most interesting tasting we have ever done. Sadly if they instituted that policy I would not cruise. Very reason I would not go on an all inclusive cruise. To the vaccine and a return to WS.
