Elite Plus Bev Upgrade question

If you are an Elite Plus CC member, and you want to upgrade to the Premium Drink package (Classic package is our included perk).....do you get a 10% discount off the upgrade cost?  If yes, how does one do this before you sail?

The 10% discount is only if you purchase the Beverage Package, not on the upgrade. The upgrade is $10.00 per person per day PLUS 20% gratuity. That makes the total $12.00 per person per day. The easiest way to upgrade is calling the Captains Club. Most of the time it doesn’t show up in your Cruise Planner. As an FYI, you can upgrade on board for the same price, you do not have to upgrade everyone in the cabin and you can wait a day or two to upgrade in order to see if it is worth the cost.

Thanks so much.  Is it new that you don't have to upgrade everyone in the cabin?

No that is not new.   Even if you buy a package not everyone in the stateroom has to have one.   The only limitation is if you select it as a perk both passengers get the same perks.  Then of course one or both have the option to upgrade.

Don’t upgrade before you sail. Even if you do it on the first day, find a bartender to do it— they will pocket the tip and take good care of you
