Veranda plus is a new classification similar to other lines concierge class.  High fares for a few extras?  I see no value in it.  . Cabin size is the same as veranda. There are a few extra perks which may value to you.  Veranda plus cabins are on deck 8, not my favorite location.  I prefer deck 7, midship or forward. Aft cabins vibrate too much.
