Yes you can and is excellent.

 

We've done late night ordering of pizzas to room many times in YC.

 

I've seen people in YC cabanas order pizza.  IMO, whether possible or not, ordering to lounge would be a bit tacky.

 

On Seaside I saw Primus getting pizzas from buffet to YC - what could be better other than getting to cruise again.

 

Any ship sausage pizza rare.  Ordered it on SS and got Jones breakfast sausage.
