Yes, but they should/do divert to the applicable offices.

Exactly the same as writing to Carnival in the USA (say incorrectly a Mr Donald) regarding a Cunard concern, the missive arrives at the correct desk in the UK, receiving prompt attention.

Thank you, I'll try that.  Not had a reply from the US one.

This may sound a bit radical but you could phone and ask them what their email address is if you think it might be a long phone call.  They also phone you back sometimes if this is acceptable to you thus you do not pay the bill.
