Multiple FCC's

This has probably been answered  before, but can you use multiple FCC's on one cruise. These cancellation  are starting to kill me, and starting to worry if I'll ever be able to use them.

One per person per cruise. I only took 1 fcc, plus let's say you put down the down payment in cash, and so even if the same amt of cruisefare it has 300 left over or whatever leftover. Then you have to use the left left over on yet another booking. I started taking a refund after one cancellation. 

 

You need to either turn them in for a refund if they havent been applied and used, or book more cruises, and prices seem up to me.
