Locked out of my reservation

I have several cruises booked, May, July, September and November. I can access the Cruise Planner for all but July (Mariner out of PC), and it says my reservation is locked. It shows up, but won’t let me go to the Cruise Planner. ???

Maybe they are making updates to the planner for that cruise? I have had occasions when I get the message that the planner is not available, try again later.

Thank you. That’s what it said and I did try later, but I’ll keep trying. Hopefully they are lowering prices!!

It could be that someone you are traveling with has the reservation open.  Happens to my sister and me all the time.  Only one of us can access the reservation at a time.  Kind of a pain especially when we both want to look at something,
 

it has also happened to me when using my iPad.  I don’t log-out but close the tab.  When I try to go back in, it won’t let me.  I have to close the internet app (double click and swipe up) and log back in.

I did that to myself today! A feature on the website wasn't working, and I thought it might be that a recent update to the browser I was using had broken it. So I logged in with a different browser, and....

I got in, from my phone.  Unfortunately, they didn’t lower the drink package! I don’t understand why, I could access my Planner on the other cruises, just not my July one.
