Using OBC to Pre-Book Shore Excursions

I tried to pay for shore excursions for our October Japan cruise using OBC in our account. The system would not deduct our OBC from the price of the excursions as it has on previous, pre-COVID cruises. Is it a brave new world or a quirk of P's system update from last weekend? Anyone else not able to use OBC to pay for pre-booking shore excursions?

i was able to book all our shore excursions for our November Cruise with OBC.  Several done online simply, but when my account has more and my wife's account did not have enough OBC for some excursions, I just call princess and have them book 2 tickets for that excursion in my name.
