British Isles Explorer

Unfortunately, with weather, previous experience probably won't provide an example of what you will experience. Have sailed out and into UK ports many times and while April has less chance of storms than January, you can never discount the potential.

This cruise does transit a number of potentially rough areas - Western Approaches, Irish Sea, North Sea, etc.

You could be lucky and get smooth sailing, but best to plan for some movement - suggest booking a mid-ships cabin on a lower deck, staying in the Atrium rather than Explorers.

Andy, your answer is spot on.  Made me remember when I was a rookie seaman and did suffer from "mal de mer".  A wise old salt told me he had a sure fire fix for seasick.  Go sit under an oak tree......  What a guy.😎
