Dining email for Independence

Does anyone know the email for the dining dept on Independence of the Seas?  When cruising starts up I would like to send a request. Fingers crossed it happens soon.

All dining related correspondence goes to a centralized office and then is dispatched to ships. The email address is:   rcldining@rccl.com

I wouldn't be bothered sending request.  If you want mash instead of Fries just ask your waiter/waitress or salt free ,gluten free ,lactose free, nut free , sugar free , meat free , vegetarian and vegan just don't be bothered asking for a hot Wagyu Porterhouse Steak with heavy marbling .😇
