Received official notification that this voyage has been cancelled.  It was from Reykjavik to Saint Pierre and Miquelon.  It feels like this year may be a repeat of 2020 with ongoing cancellations.  Here's hoping for something interesting to book for 2022.

This year may be more selective.  Did this cruise need to use Canadian waters?  That would explain this particular ban.

You are correct.  This cancelled cruise was to end up in St Pierre Island hence the change.

The same ship announced a new schedule for an Iceland itinerary which we booked for August 2021. We have sailed to most of these Icelandic ports in previous years but at this point we are just delighted to be able to focus on anything for a change of scenery.  Although Iceland currently requires Covid testing etc, we hope by August things will have loosened up somewhat.
