Longing for Sydney

We really enjoyed our 23 day cruise from Seattle to Sydney in 2017. We would like to go back to Sydney one day, but for now we have to settle for the webcam.

There’s some fantastic bargains here.

Things are starting to open up , it was a ghost town 8 months ago.

5 star hotels for a couple hundred bucks a night.

I went to the fish markets a couple of weeks ago and I counted 6 people there at lunch and the bargains.

We are all holding our breath here for those cruise ships.

Thank you for your reply. We really enjoyed talking with everyone there. We took a one day whirlwind tour of Sydney. We stayed at the Sir Stamford after the cruise.

A day isn’t enough.

I don’t actually live in Sydney,I live in the blue mountains.

We love to take the train and do a harbour walk and grab something to eat.

3 of our best ever cruises have been from Sydney: Sydney to Singapore,  Sydney around NZ to Fremantle and trans-pacific to Seattle. Each cruise preceded by staying with family (north of Sydney) and side trips to Blue Mountains, Kangaroo Valley and Hunter Valley. If I could only choose one place to cruise from again it would be Sydney.
