Back in September 2017 we tried to do a cruise to Cuba on the Carnival Paradise, but Hurricane Irma had other plans for us and we end up riding out Hurricane Irma in Orlando!.

 

This is as close as I got to cruising on the Carnival Paradise this time!,  It took us another year to get to Cuba, but we got there in the end! 🙂

Love the Paradise. Yes a smaller ship. Yes, does not have all of the bells and whistles. The crew makes up for any gaps. Also, this is 30 minutes from home. We also went to Cuba on her a few years ago, one of our favorite cruises to date! The Cuban people were so friendly and we loved learning of the history and culture of the island. We would do that cruise again at any time.
