Just how bad are the cabins on deck #12 Eclipse ?

Since suites are so popular if this is really something you want to do you might consider taking a less desirable cabin now to lock in the pricing and then watch for a better cabin to open up.  There tends to be people who release cabins throughout the booking process with more activity in the few weeks prior to final payment which may allow you to move to a better cabin.'

You can also wait list a particular cabin if there is one specific one you want but I believe you can only wait list 1 cabin.

Thanks...but I'll just keep watching as it will be a first leg of a B2B (Celebrity) and don't really want to change cabin categories but would for the right located sky suite. If it doesn't work out I'm fine.

Wait lists have never turned out...a waste of time...easier to check on this myself..it won't be the first time...actually I'm doing it right now on a two RCI 2022 cruises. One to specifically change a cabin location and the other to add a 1st leg of a sailing.

As always I appreciate your input.

Personally I wouldn't stay on deck 12 again unless it was one of the closest ones to midship. I've stayed in 2116. No problems. I've been in 2129 and 2131 and they were noisy overhead.

Thanks Phil!

We are currently looking at a Pacific Islands cruise, not looking at going too far from home at present, not that we can even leave the country yet.

It is always good to read the actual experience of someone you know and trust.
