Rare CruiserFromMaine Posted May 4, 2021 #1 Share Posted May 4, 2021 With the desire of Silversea to have fully vaccinated crew and passengers, when do you see your ships sailing from Florida, given the Florida government prohibition on asking about vaccination status? Is a change to the law in Florida a prerequisite for sailing from Florida for Silversea? Or will you relax the vaccination requirement? Or some other option I haven’t thought of? I have a cruise booked in December from Fort Lauderdale, so I am particularly interested. I hope you stick with the vaccination requirements you initially specified! 2
Barbara Muckermann Posted May 19, 2021 #2 Share Posted May 19, 2021 Hello CruiserFromMaine, Thank you for question. We look forward to welcoming you on board in December! For the time being, we are cotinuing to uphold our vaccination requirement as an integral part of our healthy return to service. Our first scheduled cruises leaving from or arriving in Fort Lauderdale are still months away so hopefully things will have evolved by then and we'll have a clearer picture.
