Late Night Snacks???

Regarding the Oosterdam: Aside from the 24 hour room service, is there anything available to eat after late seating is completed? Sometimes losing my money at blackjack makes me hungry....:rolleyes:

Late-night buffet generally runs from 11:30ish-midnight or so on all HAL ships.

What sort of things does the late night buffet include? Is it like a scaled down version of lunch? Is it more "dessert type" stuff?

Each night in the Lido they have a theme for the late night snack. They will offer a couple apetizers, entrees, soups etc., and several desserts. THey recently on a 30 day cruise had a French, Spanish, Hawaiian, Polynesian, Indonesian, Italian, and well you get the idea. We enjoyed it several times after the show or :rolleyes: the casino...

It isn't just the very long cruises that have a 'theme' for late-night buffet.

 

On all the ships, it might be Italian one night, French the next, Tex-Mex etc

 

Ice cream bar is open and there is always coffee/tea etc.

LOL ... the LAST thing I can imagine on a cruise ship is EVER going hungry. :)
