Rare TV Dad Posted June 21, 2021 #1 Share Posted June 21, 2021 I am a long time cruiser, but have never cruised Celebrity before. The Celebrity Constellation, out of Tampa< seems to have a lot of different "classes" of cabins for sale. Can someone help me figure out the difference between them? What perks or amenities do you get with The Retreat, Aqua Class, Concierge Class versus a standard cabin? Thanks!
Rare mahdnc Posted June 21, 2021 #2 Share Posted June 21, 2021 This spreadsheet, which shows amenities by cabin class may be of help. THE RETREAT AND STATEROOM AMENITIES GRID 8.12.2020.xlsx
NantahalaCruiser Posted June 21, 2021 #3 Share Posted June 21, 2021 The Retreat is suite class with its own private sundeck and private restaurant and a variety of additional benefits depending on the class of suite - see the above spreadsheet. Aqua Class and Concierge Class have cabins that are a little larger than standard balcony cabins. In addition Aqua Class has its own private restaurant and includes free access to the Persian Garden (steam room, sauna, cleansing fragrance room and a heated bench seat.) Concierge Class has very limited additional benefits - lunch in the MDR on Embarkation Day. Both AQ and CC also offer daily little tasty treats as a very minor benefit. swigso Posted June 22, 2021 #4 Share Posted June 22, 2021 Please remember that Constellation was not revolutionised the Millennium from Miami May be a better option.
SunSandSea Posted June 22, 2021 #5 Share Posted June 22, 2021 Yes, but Connie is an old friend, our closest port, Tampa, and friendly crew. She may be old , but she is not tired and up to the challenges. Easy to get around and I’m sure the staterooms have been revolutionized. We love her and the Equinox. Oh, looking forward to our first cruise in quite awhile. It’ll be the Brillance, again out ofTampa for Thanksgiving . Unless I can convince hubby to sneak in a short cruise in August or Sept!
