LADinCT Posted July 12, 2021 #1 Share Posted July 12, 2021 It looks like we are going to cancel our Greek Isles cruise on the Jade. It’s day 80 so I will be entitled to 100%????. Does that include the travel insurance? And stupidly I purchased spa passes & a few additional nights of dining. Ugh. I really thought we’d be able to go. Husband is still in a leg brace & not making much progress & I’m immune compromised. Afraid I’ll test positive somewhere.
Rare BirdTravels Posted July 12, 2021 #2 Share Posted July 12, 2021 Travel insurance will depend on who you purchased it from. NCL Cancellations:

All of your pre-booked and paid for items like Spa/Specialty Meals will cancel and be refunded to the card you used. It is separate to your deposit or fare. The Deposit or Fare will take longer to get. In most cases now 30 day. Your insurance gave you 14 days to cancel. In most cases, let me say again, most cases it is not refundable. However, it sure seems like you have a claim. Please contact the insurance company and ask. If I were you, I would do that first. I hope that was helpful. LADinCT Posted July 13, 2021 Author #4 Share Posted July 13, 2021 It was a 60 day cancel promo. So I believe I will get everything back.
Empehi Posted July 13, 2021 #5 Share Posted July 13, 2021 Some companies let you move the insurance to another cruise (but you need to have the cruise booked to do this).
