Will bidding for upgrades still be available with restart?

We have been very lucky with bidding for upgrades to Haven suites in the past.

Price difference for Haven right now is to much, hopefully will go down, but unlikely.  

Hoping we may be able to upgrade.

Yes. Upgrade Advantage is being done for the first restart cruises.

With the fp pushed back to 60 days for cruises before dec 31 2021, upgrades for bidding will be coming out later I assume

Approximately 55 days, they are very expensive nowadays

Thank you both. Have club balcony on courtesy hold for Breakaway to Bermuda.  Have to decide tomorrow.  Make sure I can have the time.  Than decide if we want to pay the difference.  Of course booking the Haven directly gives us another 7 points towards the next level.

Do you have any information on the bidding from an Aft Haven large balcony to two bedroom or Deluxe Owner's Suite?  I would like to upgrade to the Haven area if possible.

As passengers who received doses of mixed vaccine are forced to cancel it is possible more cabins will have to be sold at the last minute, (we had a cruise out of Rome to NY in November) . We will have to cancel before the end of September as final payment is due. NCL will want to sell our Haven cabin asap i'm sure.

We're in an HC on the Encore sailing to Alaska, and this is the minimum bids for us:

H2 - Deluxe Owners Suite $850/pp

H5 - 2br Villa w/Large Balcony $700/pp

H6 - 2br Villa w/Balcony $700/pp

 

I assume folks starting from an HB will be slightly cheaper.

I've been offered to bid for September. I've chosen not to because the cruise is really port intensive so I won't be in the cabin much.
