Is there a master list of current international port closures and their predicted reopening dates?

Not that I know. 

 

You would have to/should check the port authorities for each port individually, circumstances are changing are too rapid to keep a list up to date I guess.

 

Or start a thread here on CC.  We have a successful thread with NCL ship movements for example.
