Omg what is wrong with phone lines to Princess? 6th time of trying today and either the line goes dead or the call goes into a loop ‘ thinking about a pre cruise hotel? Thinking about car parking etc, endless torture. No email address, just need to know why the rotten app won’t work for me. Thought holidays were supposed to be stress relieving lol

There are many complaints from cruisers not just in the UK about how poor the App is and isnt working properly but they seem to oblivious to the complaints and ignoring it.

I phone in on 0344 3388661  seems to work ok.

 

Holiday Inn Herbert Walker Avenue 02380 179600  does a parking parking package for duration of cruise plus one nights stay pre-cruise with taxi transfers.

 

CPS does quayside style parking.

 

Just heard today that independent excursions or going ashore alone is acceptable from October.

 

If you are unsuccessful with app just turn up with all your paperwork.

 

The covid tests are at the terminal or at the CPS place if you use them.
