Are the multiday specialty dining packages gone?

For my Dec. 2022 Apex cruise I am not seeing any of these multiday packages?  Will they show up later?

 

Also the ship excursions are rather thin.  I would suppose more will be added as time goes on?  One of the excursions is already fully booked.

I've seen multi-night dining packages on my bookings, but I do have a booking in October that never has had any shore excursions available (and did not a minute ago, as well).

When in December are you sailing?  
 

If I recall correctly, dining packages  are not normally offered on cruises over the Christmas and New Years holiday sailings.
