Port shopping ?

We have a cruise Sept 6 and stops in Cozumel and Costa Maya. Are guests allowed to get off the ship and shop the same as pre Covid?

In most cases yes, as long as they are vaccinated.

Uh, no, I don’t think there is any shopping allowed in Cozumel right now, outside of people on Celeb curated excursions. I’ve heard different reports concerning Costa Maya, as you may know it has a gated port area, I think that area is accessible without a tour, don’t know about masks…ask me next week, I will be there!

It could change ten times by then, but as of today no in Cozumel and in Costa Maya only in the gated area (although I've read that not all stores are open).
