Another minibar set up question

Has anyone had experience in just swapping out for different beers provided with their set up?

On most of my cruises I have swapped beers & also mini bottles of spirits for 10 bottles of beer that are available to swap, It’s been a limited number of options & what’s available to swap can vary with each cruise.

I have swapped the entire mini bar for 10 Diet Cokes and 10 Bud Lights.

We swap alcohol allotment for beers (you have some choices  but not all of the beer menu as some are more expensive).  We swap all of the non-alcohol for Perrier or Pellegrino.
