gdwest Posted August 4, 2021 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2021 Cruise Critic's "The Insider" email just hit my email. Reading through the newsletter, I noticed that under the Royal Caribbean news, it was stated that all passengers would need a covid-19 test....regardless of vaccination status. There doesn't seem to be any mention of length of cruise. Isn't four nights or less exempt...only five nights or more are required to have a test? Our cruise on the Freedom is a four night leaving August 16. Thanks!

Like the RCI CSRs, some "reporters" sometimes get some of the details wrong.

parrotplay Posted August 5, 2021 #4 Share Posted August 5, 2021 The Insider also wrote this in their article we know this is not true: Masking and Physical Distancing Requirements: Masks and physical distancing are not required for fully vaccinated passengers. Unvaccinated passengers must wear masks and physically distance when outside their staterooms and not eating or drinking. SeaPass cards will be required to enter all public areas of the ship.
