For Canderson

In gunsmith training, I was taught not to even allow WD-40 in the shop!  I have been told that WD-40 is hygroscopic, and I have been told that it is NOT hygroscopic.  [I am not trying to re-ignite the debate!]  I was taught to keep it out and have never gotten over that!  So the No WD-40 avatar never caused me a twitch!

Now, from the mace/WD-40 reference, I am curious, but I won't tempt Canderson to revisit the tale!

OT, but FWIW, there's nothing in WD-40 that would indicate that it absorbs water.  Just not a great lubricant for many jobs.  I have no real use for it for lubrication of firearms, either.

Yes, the original tale was fall on the floor funny.  But no point in getting anyone booted from CC -again- by elaborating any further!  A little research will get anyone the story based upon the minimal information I provided.
