Good luck with the boarding process.  Best advice is give your luggage to the porter, who can look up your cabin number.  Since GS is usually slammed on boarding day, I don't see the point in starting off your cruise in a long line to complain about things that happened onshore.  It would set a negative tone to the cruise for me.  Maybe wait a few hours, or a day, and pick a time when there is not a long line.  If you preface it with I could not get any satisfaction before boarding, and I would appreciate your help following up on some issues, GS might be willing to help?  But what is it you want them to do?

I just thought of something, go to My Cruises in Royal web site and input your last name and that reservation #, you may then get all the info the cabin number associated with the number.
