upgraded from refundable balcony to non refundable j.s.- paid in full- what happens if we test positive at pier for covid?

Did they ask for a copy of your positive result?

Friends (a couple) who had to cancel because of a positive test of one person, did have to provide the positive test results to initiate the refund process.
