Recent Equinox Sky suite question

For those who have recently sailed Equinox in a lowly Sky Suite, did you receive a shoreside concierge call prior to boarding, please?  We got an email about some preferences about a week ago, 4 weeks prior to boarding.

I was in a sky suite on the Equinox for 12 days last week  and I didn't get a call from the shoreside concierge just an e-mail about my preferences.  I don't consider a sky suit lowly.

While we have been on the Equinox several times but those cruises were pre-covid.  However, we are booked on the Millennium in a Sky Suite on B2B cruises later this month (September 17th and 24th).  We have received two calls from shoreside concierges.   The first call was on August 24th and the second yesterday.  We may have received the calls since we are Zenith level Captain's Club members.

Curious to know why you refer to the SS as "lowly"?

We were booked in a Sky Suite on Edge in July and received an email first followed by a phone call.

Since SS is the lowest category of suites, thus "lowly". Sort of tongue in cheek. Thanks to all who replied. Guess I'll find out the answer before the cruise!
