Are you complaining about wifi, or the app? Maybe both.  Did you talk to someone about your issue or ever get it solved?

We are currently on Regal and it is still horrible and useless itand keeps crashing.

Hi what is the backup are they taking orders at the bar, or is it a case of calling someone over

just off Sky this morning- useless on there too - only thing it was good for was opening the door !!!

The wait for drinks on Sky was long - not the bar staff fault they were working their absolute socks off, and if you managed to catch someone attention on the deck who was rushing around with a tray full of drinks trying to find the person who actually managed to order on the app - they would apologise and say they would try and get back to you - really not their fault the app is hopeless and when you consider ship was only two thirds full - it’s only going to get worse unless they sort it out !!!

We are on Sky in 2 weeks and wondered if you had any tips for best places to get served quickly? If you order drinks on the app how soon after will it let you order another drink thinking that if it takes a long time to arrive may as well have another one ordered. Was it easy to get drinks in the mdr or would it be a good idea to take one in with us (presuming we could get served)

Why does everyone try to order drinks via the app ?  Are there no more bartenders and servers in the bars ?

All bar access is closed throughout the ship you have to find a seat and attract the attention of bar waiters but service is very slow. Only 1512 passengers onboard.
