Embarkation Day Lunch Hour Changes?

Hopefully sailing next month on a Pacific Coastal out of San Diego on the Koningsdam.  With the assigned boarding group/times, does anyone know who has been on a recent cruise if they are extending the lunch hours or what the lunch hours are now?  Our boarding pass has a pretty late boarding time.  Pre-Covid we were used to being on board by Noon.

Thank you.

On our current cruise (Venice-Athens on the Eurodam), we went to the MDR at 1:30 and it appeared totally closed…..there were no staff or passengers to be seen, but the doors were open.

We went to the Lido instead and somehow managed 😉.
