joetop2467 Posted September 20, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 20, 2021 We made a non-refundable deposit on an inside cabin on the Symphony of the Seas for February 19, 2021. Does this mean it is non-refundable with the travel agent or Royal Caribbean. The price has gone down and her new quote is higher than some I have seen from others. Can I cancel with her and move the deposit to another agent for the same sailing in a different category.
cruisegirl1976 Posted September 20, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 20, 2021 your travel agent should be looking to see if the price has dropped and make the adjustment to the lower price.

I doubt you can move from one travel agent to another just because you see one offering a deeper discount from rcl price.

ampurp85 Posted September 20, 2021 #5 Share Posted September 20, 2021 You can ask her to release the booking to you and go to another agent. Cruise can be repriced many times, you don't have to cancel
Rare brillohead Posted September 20, 2021 #6 Share Posted September 20, 2021 What does your TA say when you show a screenshot of the lower price? Other than 'for new bookings only' sales (which I don't even recall seeing lately), your TA should be able to reprice your existing fare.
