Non refundable deposit question

We made a non-refundable deposit on an inside cabin on the Symphony of the Seas for February 19, 2021. Does this mean it is non-refundable with the travel agent or Royal Caribbean.  The price has gone down and her new quote is higher than some I have seen from others.  Can I cancel with her and move the deposit to another agent for the same sailing in a different category.

Do you mean feb 2022? 

 

I doubt you can move from one travel agent to another just because you see one offering a deeper discount from rcl price.
