CHEERS for 3...

I have a weird question. My brother and his wife are in 1 cabin and purchased the CHEERS package.

Now they called Carnival to add a sister in law (adult) to the cabin and this was done without Carnival mentioning the drink package. Sister in Law doesn't drink, so she's not interested.

Since Carnival hasn't said anything or charge them extra, would you think only the 2 first guests can keep the CHEERS or will they run into trouble on board?

It's an all or nothing deal! Every adult in the cabin must have Cheers or no one!

This is a known fact, thank you.

My question was posted because Carnival did not say anything about the package when the 3rd guest was added to the booking.

If they insist on her having cheers, I'd look at some 1A options as carnival has been doing some cheap less than 100% solo supplements. Cheaper than cheers.
